Patrick is breath of fresh air. He took charge of moving me to the Silverdale office. He is personable and made the transfer easy. He actually listens and makes great suggestions. Two days after the transfer I was involved in an incident. I was in a panic and soon Patrick was on the phone with me. In less than one day the issue is in my rear window.
